Before we founded RGB Investment, we were just as our clients looking for a nice place to live and in our case also to rent out. What we noticed, is that most of our collegues offer out of date houses/apartment complexes. Prices were much higher then what was advertised or even worse, houses/appartments where not available anymore.
We found this very client unfriendly and also very frustrating. Since we worked before in a competative retail branche, we knew client friendly is the best way to do bussines. So our plan for RGB Investment was born. We are now the most up to date Real Estate Agent in the Costa del Sol with many happy customers.

This website is mainly for resales for Costa del Sol. We als offer extra services for Costa del Sol, like rental agreements, cleaning, key management, laywer and notary possibilities and help with mortgages.

I am the sales agent and owner of RGB Investment situated in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I have been in retail sales for over 20 years and have owned a luxury kitchen company among others, where my love for real estate grew. There i was not only responsible for the sales but also working with project developers, so i have intimed knowledge about the housing market before entering the real estate market.
I am known for my patience and accuracy and i can translate whishes into the perfect house/appartment, for either investing, living or holiday house.
When i was looking for houses myself i was frustrated by the lack of clarity and incorrect prices. After talking with several different agents my plan was born and i started RGB Investment. Real Estate Agent – Jet van der Kolk
My name is Jet van der Kolk, and I have been living on the beautiful Costa del Sol in Spain for three years now.
Before moving here, I built a diverse and adventurous career. In the Netherlands, in my hometown of Zwolle, I worked for five years in my mother’s real estate agency, the first women’s agency in the Netherlands. Then I made a big switch and worked for five years as a purser on cruise ships at Carnival Cruise Lines in America.
After my time at sea I returned to Zwolle, where I took over a Spanish tapas bar. I ran this business with great passion for twenty years, until I decided to sell the business three years ago and move to Spain with my partner. Our original plan was to open a Bed & Bubbels. Unfortunately, this did not go as hoped due to the wrong brokers and advisors. Despite the setback, we learned valuable lessons from it.
As plan B we opened Bar Aperitivos in Fuengirola. However, we soon noticed that nightlife no longer suited us. During this period we built a good relationship with our neighbors, a wellknow real estate agent. When they moved to a larger building in Calahonda, they asked us to strengthen their team. We accepted that offer with enthusiasm and sold our bar to two excellent entrepreneurs, who are happy to continue it.
My partner now works as general manager and I am an assistant broker. We are really enjoying this great company and look forward to growing even further within this inspiring organization.

An English man born and raised in Holland! I moved to the UK to finish my education. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth in England (BA (Hons) Marketing) I moved to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean before returning back to Europe.
Having lived in 4 different countries, travel and different cultures has always been important to me. I have a great understanding of what it is like to work with different markets, how to be flexible and how to adapt.
Sport, in particular tennis, football and snowboarding, and keeping active has always been a big part of my life. Sport has been a huge factor towards working well in a team and communicating well.
I am fluent in English and Dutch and conversational in German and French. I have just started Spanish lessons.
Finally, another pleasure in my life is food and drink. Cooking is a passion, while dining out is a delight. One of the reasons I live in the Costa del Sol with my partner, twin daughters and pup.
